2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 – Turn Signals and Fan / Blower air / heat?

My turn signals are not working, but my hazard lights are. , Said a trader to try to fuse # 6, but it seems to be working. Any other ideas? Also, the heat of the fan for our non-air system is pushing the air out. When driving, I can feel through the opening to the outside air is warming, but the fan does not work in any environment. Dealer recommended that you check the connection to the fan / resistance package (?) in the glove – all the cables seem to be in order. Any thought to be most appreciated!

Electrical problems make me think Frist floor, then the connections. Also check the motor to the ground and the frame to the battery connections groundand grounded. Clean, bright and tight.
