Why the leaf blower to keep doing it?

I have a 32cc MTD leafblower hand. I have used it for about a season, and bought it again. however, that the cylinder head continuously come loose. I have to completely disarm the outer layer only to tighten two screws. I'm also using heavy locktite right of these bolts, but they manage to let go after about 1 hour of use. How can I fix this? I bought from Costco for $ 100. I know that the screw has not bottomed out on anything, not so long ago through attachments. I tried to install a nut screws, winding, but not enough for that. Only FYI, this is a blower Yard machines, manufactured by MTD

get a nut smaller or cheaper better fan …. some those dont work very well …. if you want cheap but good, get a machine Yard.
