Whats the best zero turn lawn mower for my budget?

I have a little over/under 3,000 dollar budget. I would like a deck width of atleast 34” and up to 42”. I know the toro at home depot is a good buy and is ranked high by consumer reports. Is there any dixon, exmark, hustlers, etc for under 3,000? Also does anyone know a website for used zero turn lawn mowers besides craigslist and ebay?

I’ve seen John deere zero turns for 2999 at Lowes. I personally would never buy a John Deere but for a small budget they are a good buy.
